Airport transfer questions
How requests, quotes and the day of travel work.
Is this an instant booking?
No. You send a request, we reply with a written quote (price, vehicle, meeting point), and the transfer is booked only once you confirm it.
What if my flight is delayed?
Always give your flight number: it lets the actual arrival time be followed. How delays and waiting time are handled is written in your quote, so you know before you confirm.
Where will I meet the driver?
The meeting point at the airport, and the drop-off point at your accommodation, are stated in the quote and confirmed before your trip.
How far in advance should I ask?
As early as you can, especially for school holidays and big events in Marrakech. Short-notice requests are possible but depend on availability.
Can I get a child seat?
Ask for it in the notes with the children’s ages. We only confirm child seats when they are actually available for your transfer.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in each quote. Nothing is charged through this website.
Can you also take me back to the airport?
Yes, choose “Return trip” in the form and give both dates, or send a separate request later.
Do you go beyond Marrakech?
